Each year, employees across McLennan County unite to create positive change through the United Way Workplace Campaign. Every gift—big or small—is significant and helps fund local programs that strengthen families, improve health, and build opportunity.

When we all pitch in—dollar by dollar, paycheck by paycheck—those individual gifts add up to lasting impact. Together, we’re building a stronger, healthier, more connected McLennan County.

The annual workplace campaign is more than a fundraiser—it’s a chance to rally your team, build camaraderie, and have some fun while doing good.

Whether it’s hosting a rock-themed kickoff event, recognizing “top hits” among givers, or creating your own internal band name for a friendly competition—there’s room to be creative and connected.

Loaned Executives

For nearly 70 years, United Way’s Loaned Executive Program has empowered professionals to grow as leaders while making a meaningful impact in their communities. United Way of Waco-McLennan County continues this tradition by offering local professionals hands-on training, leadership development, and a deeper understanding of our community’s needs. Loaned Executives play a vital role in advancing United Way’s mission while building valuable skills. Applications are due each year in mid-April.
